—Our Client contacted the firm with concerns of the other parent committing domestic violence and consuming drugs before a child.  The other parent was refusing the Client’s request for supervised visitation, drug tests, and parental courses.  After an evidentiary hearing, we successfully argued for a supervised visitation schedule, multiple drug tests, and multiple parental courses.

—For a case involving significant family drama, our Client contacted the firm to nullify a pending divorce due to the death of the spouse.  Despite the parties coming to an agreement in Court before the death, the firm successfully presented precedent and legal argument that the divorce was not properly finalized and the case must be dismissed.

—Our client was alienated by the other parent due to a history of alleged drug abuse, and suicidal episodes.  After over a year of the client not seeing the child, this law firm got on the case and successfully argued that the client had the right to equal access.  Immediate time sharing was granted.  This law firm continued to litigate when the alienating parent continued to refuse to comply with court order.  The law firm had the court admonish the alienating parent and apply sanctions.

—Our client shared a home with his partner.  We successfully negotiated the buy out of the home before the divorce was final, and the amicable divorce in under half a year.

—Our client alleged the other parent had committed inappropriate criminal acts against the shared child.  We successfully argued for the other parent to have ongoing drug and mental health evaluations, and a safety focused parenting plan instilled to significantly limit access to the child only by infrequent supervised visitation.
